1.打开一张图~特殊模糊~半径3阈值7
2.复制一层~去色~模式柔光~锐化~
3.新建一层~ctrl+shift+alt+e盖印可见~用模糊工具适当涂抹一下~
4.新建一层填充白色~模式颜色~
5.新建一层填充00246E~模式排除~
6.复制盖印图层拉至顶层~模式柔光~
7.调亮色阶~15 1.19 255~
8.刷上笔刷~做上边框~最后效果：
